48 Hour Cancellation Policy:
We charge your card at the time of booking. More than 48 hour notice is required for a full refund.
Cancellations: No refunds if cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled cruise. A full refund will be given if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance.
What Happens In Inclement Weather?
We do go out in the rain! For weather related issues, we may "wait out" a brief shower, reschedule for another day during your stay, or refund if unable to reschedule.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues**
*Behavioral or alcohol related cancellations will not receive a rain check and this type of circumstance will never be rescheduled or refunded.
